If you are thinning out in the garden, we’ll happily accept what you might have thrown away and propagate it, pot it and then sell it. Remember, every bit helps.
Books bring us in a steady income. Read them and then recycle them through us. They keep the cats and dogs well fed at the Shelter.
Anything at all you don’t want or need we can turn into funds for our work with animals.
Of course money is great too! Lots of our supporters have taken our Fireside Jars for their pocket change at home. It’s amazing how much it adds up to when you bring in a full jar of copper and silver coins.
Don’t forget to pop something into an uMngeni SPCA collection tin at the supermarket.
Swipe a “My Village” card at no cost to you. Ask for a form at any Woolworths or download one here. Participating retail outlets donate a percentage of what you have spent to the charity of your choice – this will be donated to the NSPCA for their work with animals.
Of course, we also love getting big fat cheques from time to time! A donation added to your membership subscription is always most welcome.
